Weekend Report

  • Sep. 17th, 2007 at 12:28 PM

The doll clothes [Bleuette, 10-11 inch clothes] auctions end in 19 hours...and the china doll auctions in 2 days...don't miss your chance to shop early for CHRISTMAS!!

We survived the birthday party! Woot! We had 6 girls plus the dutiful brother that Kiddo#1 always is. No rain, but we ended up moving the cake and Caprisun feast indoors due to the alarming chance of having Baked Kids. It was hot. Very hot. Much fun was had. Gifts were received. Kiddo#1 had a blast. Christopher and I decided the next birthday party would be at a rented facility somewhere. lol.

We had a stay at home for the most part weekend. Chris had homework. I had writing. The weekend yielded: 1 Agent requesting a manuscript, 1 invite to an invite only anthology requesting a new Kabar the Barbarian story [YAY!], 1 reject, 1 notification that a story of mine has passed through a second reading and has moved on...notification from Fictionwise that they want to accept 10 reprints from me for e-book publication [woot! several out of print goodness coming your way soon!]

Notifications of future publication dates:  The Swan Road, Feb 2008
Until Somebody Loses An Eye [Bradford Publishing, Twisted Publishing] March 2008
